Hello I’m Patricia
Are you a women transitioning to menopause, or in post menopause and feeling overwhelmed by the changes happening in your body and life?
Are you ready to create a lifestyle that bolsters your health and wellbeing during this transition and stage of life?
Do you have the support and tools to embrace aging with confidence?
I invite women to explore the powerful mind-body connection, the importance of self-care, and the art of mindful movement. My ultimate purpose is to inspire women to age with confidence, vitality, resilience, and a profound sense of purpose.
About Me
I have a deep passion for being surrounded by nature’s wonders, whether it’s walking through majestic mountains and trees or strolling along beaches. I am captivated by the beauty of moonrises, sunrises and sunsets on the horizon. Exploring wildflowers, forests, and medicinal plans fills me with joy. My vegetable garden is a place where I find peace, and the kitchen is my creative place. Yoga my inner sanctuary, both on and off the mat.
I am grateful for the person I have become and the life I have build, but it hasn’t always been an easy journey. Each experience, whether serendipitous or challenging, has shape me into who I am today.
I am 55 years old, and my mission is to support women who, like me, face the physical, emotional, and mental challenges that come with entering menopause and aging. I want to help them to embrace this stage of life as an opportunity for personal growth, self-discovery, and positive transformation. By providing education, evidence-base guidance , and sustainable tools, I aim to empower women to make meaningful lifestyle changes that enhance their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

My Journey
In my 20’s, as a young mother of three sons, I explored “alternative” medicine and natural ways to support the health and well-being of my family. However, I realized that true health goes beyond clean products, natural remedies, and good nutrition. Science has shown us that everything within and around us is intimately interconnected, and we can only understand it by considering the whole.
In my 30’s, while juggling the responsibilities of raising my sons, completing my bachelor’s degree, and exploring entrepreneurial endeavours, I constantly felt exhausted, faced digestive issues, and experienced emotional instability.
At 34, my family emigrated from Colombia to Canada. Soon after, we faced a profound emotional trauma that impacted every aspect of my life. This ordeal led to debilitating illnesses such as depression, anxiety, IBS, and chronic stress. On my healing path, I have found tremendous support from various sources. I have worked with naturopathi and functional doctors, received acupuncture treatments, undergone sacra-cranial therapy, massage therapy, engage in somatic experience therapy, and even explored biofeedback of the brain. However, I have discovered that the most profound healers for me have been the practices that connect me to my spiritual being. Yoga and meditation have been transformative, allowing me to find peace and balance. Immersing myself in Nature through activities like forrest bathing has been also instrumental in my healing journey. And of course, cultivating gratitude has played a vital role. Additionally, I have focused on the pillars of well-being: nourishing nutrition, regular physical activity, quality sleep and rest, effective stress management and being part of a supporting community.
At 50 years old, I embarked on a new path as a Yoga teacher, and now at 55 years old I have become an Integrative Health Nutritional Coach! at the moment I am working towards becoming a certified MBSR -Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher. I am blessed to have a loving and caring husband. We reside in the beautiful forest of the Pacific Northwest Coast alongside our beloved dog, Gala. My three sons have grown into independent young adults pursuing their own professional paths.
My family is scattered across the world, and I hold my Latina heritage close to my heart and soul. This coastal region of the northern continent has become my thriving place, a place from which I can help others find their own path to thrive and grow.
