I am educated as a researcher, my quest to regain my heath led me to deeply immerse in wellness and health subjects. Much like yourself, I am determined to optimize my health and maximize the quality of my life in this phase and years ahead.

I earned my Health coaching certificate from the institution for integrative Nutrition IIN. I equipped my self with knowledge and studied the in and out of holistic health, including foundational nutrition principles, nutrition science, and over 100 dietary theories, as well as innovation coaching methods, personal development, goal seating and much more. Alongside that, I am eager to offer my experience to women like you.

What I do:

As a professional Health coach that specialize on women’s health during menopause and post menopause, I offer you personalized guidance to navigate these ongoing changes. I will assist you in developing strategies to adjust and maintain your physical and emotional well-being. Together, we will explore your unique wellness requirements, goals and challenges, Unlocking your power for healthy aging.

Together we can explore the external and internal factors that may be affecting the level of control you have over your habits and lifestyle: environment, social influences, awareness, intention, emotional, and phycological challenges.

Changes take time and effort, and setbacks are normal, developing patience and a grow mindset can contribute to a long-lasting sustainable positive changes and in cultivating a healthier more intentional lifestyle.

My coaching principles

Two concept at the core of my coaching are Bioindividuality, that emphasizes on the uniqueness of each individual when it come to their dietary, lifestyle and wellness, and the principal of the multidimensionality, that recognize that well being and health cannot be adequately understood, or measured by a single factor or dimension alone. Instead all dimensions, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual are deeply interconnected

Base on the theory of primary and secondary nutrition, I use the circle of life to explore what nourish you on the plate (secondary nutrition) and off the plate ( primary nutrition)

Personal Coaching

The Climb: (3 weeks, by-weekly 50 minutes sessions) $225

In this initial foundational phase, we embark on the first steps of your transformative journey. Over three session, I will assist you in identifying your health goals, mapping out a vision of wellness that resonates with you, and charting a course towards cultivating
sustainable wellness habits.

The Vista: (6 weeks, by- weekly 50 minute sessions) $425

During this extended phase, we delve deeper into your wellness journey. We will focus on exploring the barriers that stand on your way towards lasting change. We will work collaboratively to address this challenges, employing strategies to overcome them and establishing a strong foundation for sustainable lifestyle modifications. This phase os designed to provide a holistic perspective on your health, empowering you to overcome obstacles and embrace positive change.

The Jump: (12 weeks, by weekly 50 minute sessions) $825

For those individual truly dedicated to maximizing their health journey and making the most of their coaching experience. The jump phase is tailored to your commitment. This phase is about pushing boundaries, setting ambitious goals, and achieving remarkable results. We’ll focus on advance strategies, fine- tuning your approach, and achieving breakthroughs in your health journey.

Program Structure

Sessions: The group coaching program consists of a series of engaging and interactive session. They will be held by weekly intervals , each lasting 60 minutes.

Facilitated discussions: Each session will include guided structured discussions on various health as wellness topics. Participants are encouraged to share their experiences, ask questions, and offer insights.

Goal setting: Collaboratively şet individuals and group health goals, providing a clear road map for your wellness journey.
